Applied & Responsible AI · Practice 03
Deploy AI like it has consequences.
Nearly every firm has now run an AI pilot. Very few can point to the line on the income statement where it landed — or defend how it treats their customers, their data, and their people.
Position
We build revenue systems that happen to use AI.
The sequence matters. We start from the economics — where leads are lost, where humans re-key data, where a decision waits three days for someone to open a spreadsheet — and then place intelligence at exactly those seams. What we ship is instrumented, owned by the client, and measured against a baseline agreed before the first line of code.
Responsible is not a disclaimer we add at the end. It is a set of design decisions made at the start: what data the model may touch, where a human must approve, what the customer is told, how a decision is logged, and what happens when the model is wrong. We will decline to automate a judgment that should stay with a person, and we will say so in the first meeting.
We are equally direct about the workforce. AI that lands as a threat gets quietly sabotaged; AI that removes the worst hour of someone's day gets adopted. We design for the second outcome and we help you say it honestly to your team.
Capabilities
AI strategy & roadmap
A ranked, costed sequence of interventions tied to specific economics — not a technology inventory. Includes an honest list of what we would not automate yet.
Sales engagement
Prospect identification, enrichment, outbound sequencing, qualification, and follow-up that never depends on someone remembering — instrumented end to end into the CRM.
Automation & agentic workflow
Autonomous and human-in-the-loop agents for intake, quoting, scheduling, reconciliation, and back-office document work, with approval gates where judgment belongs.
Responsible deployment
Data boundaries and retention, model selection, disclosure to customers, human review thresholds, bias and accuracy testing, and an audit trail for every automated decision.
Adoption & the workforce
Role redesign, training, and internal communication so the team experiences AI as leverage rather than as a quiet threat to their job.
Integration & measurement
CRM, ERP, field-service, payroll, and benefits platforms connected so the same fact is never entered twice — and every step logged against the baseline.
How we work
A system nobody can audit is a system nobody should trust. We instrument first and automate second — in that order, without exception — and we tell your customers the truth about both.
Axiom X — Intelligence doctrine
- Baseline — the current cost, cycle time, and conversion rate, measured before we build
- Pilot — one workflow, in production, inside weeks rather than quarters
- Instrumentation — every step logged so attribution is never a matter of opinion
- Handover — documentation, prompts, and infrastructure transferred to the client
- Performance economics — retained, fixed-fee, or revenue-share against sourced pipeline

Bring one process — intake, quoting, claims, follow-up. We will scope a pilot with a measurable baseline, a governance boundary, and an honest view of what intelligence can and cannot do for it.
